Here's How the Process Works (For Tenants):
- Simply browse our inventory of homes by clicking the "HOME SEARCH" button along the top of the home page screen,or the "PROPERTIES" button on the left-hand side of the screen once you're inside the site.
- When you find a home you're interested in, contact the seller directly using the contact information provided on that property's page.
PLEASE NOTE: Each property is listed individually so the contact information and requirements vary depending on the property.
- To apply, ask the seller for an application directly.
- The owner will process your application.
- You will hear back from the owner with the results, and can set up a signing from there.
- The seller will collect your down payment, and rent.
- The seller will give you the keys and help you transfer the utilities into your name
- At least 60-days prior to the end of your agreement, you must notify the property owner in-writing whether you will complete your home purchase.
- You'll close the sale and purchase your new home!
